Leadership

Michael Ivey | CEO

Michael was co-founder and chief technologist of Divvs - a social network ranking company - and was responsible for the architecture of system that assembled a graph spanning Facebook, Twitter and Myspace. Michael also directed software development and process management programs at ApplianceWare, AnyDevice, and Pathfire.

Don Brown | COO

Don led the operations and fundraising for Divvs as co-founder and CEO, prior to starting Twitpay. Before that he garnered significant experience in the finance vertical, working as Principal Security and Compliance Architect for Compucredit and as a Systems Architect for Ingrian, consulting and speaking for some of the largest financial companies in the world.

John Beisner | EVP Client Services

John has held executive management positions at CheckFree (Fiserv) and Harbor Payments. He also has extensive email and social marketing experience with Silverpop. Prior to those positions John was a manager at Andersen Consulting (Accenture) and held sales and services management positions in the software industry.

R. Keith Sauls | VP Business Development

R. Keith Sauls has been an active member of the southeastern non-profit community for more than 15 years, serving as a volunteer, fundraiser, and donor to more than 20 philanthropic institutions focused primarily in education and faith based community giving. Keith has been active in the Atlanta investment community as the Managing Partner of Exeter Venture Group, which is focused on early stage investments in emerging payment processing technologies and has worked with several of Atlanta's top family office/money management firms. Keith holds a BBA from College of Charleston and an MBA from Emory University with a concentration in Finance and E-Commerce.
